Obituary for Victor Pazmino-Chang

Victor Pazmino-Chang (Chino), 65 passed away from a progressive illness on Saturday, March 12,2022 in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his loved ones.
Victor was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador and became one of the first-generation Americans who helped paved the way in his family history. Victor began his journey during adolescence, where he lived in Chicago, IL. Shortly after graduating high school, Victor enlisted himself into the United States Army where he spent 22 years serving his country. During his career, he made many advancements that allowed he and his family an opportunity to live abroad from Italy to Germany as well various locations within the United States. He lived a life well-travelled and gained many friendships as well hobbies such as poker with family, running marathons, playing racquet ball and competing semi pros in Soccer. Victor completed his Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with some Masters level education. After retirement, he continued his cause in helping others as he taught for at risk youth, managed property for Orlando Housing Authority and towards the end of his career, he was a Life Insurance Agent.
Victor was known to be a strong and selfless man who lived among principles of honesty, integrity and generosity. He always placed others’ needs before his own. It was no doubt Victor knew his life’s purpose was to serve others and without hesitation, Victor fulfilled his duties as a Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Soldier. There are two notable quotes that will never be forgotten, and his family will live on remembering him by: “Where there is a will, there is a way” and “Talk through your heart, not through your mouth”.
Victor is survived by his wife Christine Pazmino, his two sons Victor Pazmino, Mark Pazmino, daughter Jennifer Pazmino-Safken and granddaughters Addison Pazmino and Allison Pazmino; his father Victor Pazmino Solorzano, sisters Elizabeth Pazmino, Grecia Shiheiber, Patricia Pazmino, brothers Bolivar Helio Pazmino, Victor Pazmino and Vincent Pazmino, Victor was a great protector of his family, and he will continue to live forever in our hearts.
We would like to thank all family members and friends who have shown their love and support during these past difficult months. Victor was greatly appreciative and sends his regards to each person involved.
