Obituary for Sandra Anderson
April 16, 1947 – March 9, 2022

Sandra Jane Anderson, 74, of Orlando, Florida passed away Wednesday, March 9 at Select Specialty Hospital – South Orlando after a long illness.

Sandra was born in Worcester, MA and raised in Shrewsbury, MA, where she resided most of her life. Daughter to the late Wray Sr. and Eleanor (Letiecq) Schelin, she graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 1965.

Sandra worked at many retail and restaurant jobs before retiring in 2012. She then moved to Orlando, Florida with her loving partner John Belsito, who predeceased her in 2015. Sandra was an avid gardener and cook, and enjoyed flea markets and playing bingo in retirement. She also loved her Bichon Frise, Dover.

Sandra is survived by her two brothers, Wray Jr. and his wife Lee Schelin of Sturbridge, MA, and Wayne and his wife Maryann Schelin of West Boylston, MA. Sandra was a loving aunt to two nieces and three nephews, and great-aunt to one niece and one nephew.

Her family would like to thank the health care workers and all her Florida friends who supported her through these many difficult months with compassion and love.
