RICHARD JERREL “PETE” BARE
Richard Jerrel Bare, known affectionately as Pete, passed away
on July 2, 2024, at the age of 83, in Orlando, FL. He was born on
March 31, 1941, in West Jefferson, North Carolina. Pete was a
United States Air Force Veteran who dedicated two decades to
serving his country. This commitment reflected his deep
patriotism and discipline.
Pete is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Patrica C. Bare nee
Tucker, and their three daughters, Kelly Cambre, Kimberly Revis,
and Donna Bare. His legacy continues through his eight
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, whom he adored
deeply.
In his service, Pete exemplified the core values of the Air Force:
integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all he did.
His years of service were marked by commendable dedication
and a steadfast commitment to his country.
Pete’s life was a testament to strength, love, and perseverance.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew
