On September 29th, 2022, Hal David Condrey died in Orlando, Florida. He was 93 years old. Hal was born on March 23, 1929 in Taft, FL. He graduated from Orlando High School in 1947.
Hal is survived by his wife Mary Jean Condrey (Jean); his son, Devin Condrey (Cathy Condrey); 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sons David Condrey and Darrell Condrey.
Prior to his retirement, Hal was a local business owner who transformed the recycling business in his hometown of Taft, with a second recycling plant in the heart of downtown Orlando, and a third plant in Lockhart.
Hal married Jean in 1990 and enjoyed hosting family gatherings at their home and traveling to many beautiful places across the U.S. Hal loved to read about historical figures and events, following politics, the stock market and fine dining.
A private memorial service for Hal will be held for the family, and he will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetary.
