Dr. Adam L. Friedlander passed away surrounded by family after a courageous battle with
pancreatic cancer. He was a devoted husband, dedicated physician, and deeply
compassionate human being whose quiet strength touched countless lives.
Adam was known for his intelligence, authenticity, work ethic, loyalty, and commitment to
caring for others. Even during his illness, he remained devoted to his work, which gave his
life deep meaning and purpose along with his love of family. Those who knew Adam admired
his leadership, resilience, humility, integrity, and playful humor.
Beyond his profession, Adam had a passion for his music, especially the Bare Naked Ladies,
and created many lasting meaningful memories with his wife Diana. Together they built a life
rooted in love, perseverance, and dedication. They ventured forth through life’s greatest
triumphs and hardest moments.
Adam is survived by his loving wife Diana, sons, Jon (Niza) and Chris, parents Cary and Sheree
Friedlander, and sister Elyce Kwasman (Matthew), along with a large, loving family, as well as
many friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives were changed by his kindness and care.
Adam leaves a legacy of great accomplishments and deep compassion.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 7th at 1:00PM at Temple Judea, 4311
