Obituary for David Joseph Sitarski, Sr.
David J. Sitarski, Sr., 56, of Deltona, Florida passed into eternal life on February 27, 2022 with his loving family at his bedside. He was born, raised, and lived in Bayonne, NJ prior to moving to Deltona.

For many years, he was employed as an electrician, always willing to give advice and help to anyone who needed him. He loved life and always enjoyed it to the fullest. “Big Dave,” as many knew him, loved to host parties to be enjoyed by all. He surely was the life of each one. With his quick wit, laugh, humor, and smile, he was quite the character.

Around town, he would be seen riding his Harley, driving his Corvette, and later mastering his scooter. At home, his loyal furry companions, Daisy and Jaxon, rarely left his side.

As an avid NY Giants, NY Rangers, and NASCAR fan, attending games and the Daytona 500 were always his favorite.

Being a proud hockey dad through the years when his sons were young was a joy, and he hardly ever missed a game. Spending time with his granddaughter Kristalynn was always so special.

David will forever be remembered by his loving partner Christine Pritchard, her daughters Ashley and Caroline, his sons David Sitarski, Jr., Zeke Sitarski and wife Lauren, their mother Virginia Sitarski, and granddaughter Kristalynn. He was predeceased by his parents Edward Sr. and Veronica Sitarski and brother Edward Jr. Surviving are his sisters Anne Marie Abercrombie, Francine Bernier and husband Edward, Michele Comasco, Celeste Sitarski, and many nephews, nieces, and friends. He will truly be missed by all who knew him, and the memories will remain in our hearts and minds forever. Until we meet again, David may you rest in eternal peace.

Cremation was private. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
