Obituary for Crisilda Maestas

Crisilda always went by her middle name Ruby. She has joined her parents Margaret Gonzalez and father Daniel Salazar as well as her husband Jose E Maestas, son Joseph Maestas and grandson Adam Sukhera, which all now reside in heaven. Her surviving children are Loretta (Maestas) Sukhera and Susan Maestas. Ruby had eight Grandchildren; Adam and Shaloni Sukhera, Latoya, Anthony, Andrew and Vanessa Maestas, Fernando and Angelica Panigua and a total of eighteen great grandchildren.

Ruby grew up in Las Vegas N.M. Raised by her mother Margaret Gonzalez, she was an only child her mother passed when she was very young, she then went to live with her aunt Flora and uncle Tobias Lucero, where she grew up on a ranch with eight cousins which she called sisters and brothers. She married at age 18 in Cheyenne Wyoming and raised three children with her husband Jose. She was very religious and a strong catholic, she was liked by everyone she knew!
