Catherine Smith “Cathy”, 69 of Deltona passed away Tuesday August 9, 2022 in the comfort of her home. She was born in the Bronx, NY on February 11, 1953 to Martin and Catherine (Feely) Tracey. She moved to Florida in 1976. She had a kind heart, a great sense of humor and was always the life of the party. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She loved her family and friends wholeheartedly and unconditionally. She is survived by her husband Verlin “Ray” Smith, her daughter Jennifer (Jimmy) Palmer, Joey J (Keighla) Tracey, Stepsons Jeff (Jackie) Smith, Eric Smith, Grandchildren Christine Palmer, Dakota Palmer, Tabetha Smith, Daniel Smith, Shelby Smith and Malcolm Tracey, Great Grandchildren Alex, Raeann and Makenzie, many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
